CaixaForum

At the end of February 2002 the CaixaForum, the new centre dedicated to a Collection of 800 works of contemporary art, opened in Barcelona. The CaixaForum is located in the place of the ex- textile factory "Casaramona", built in 1911 by J. Puig i Cadalfach.
The Educational Department offers a rich program of initiatives concerning art, music and literature, directed at children from 6 years old, youth, teachers and families.
